Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born cleric linked to al Qaeda's Yemen-based wing, also conspired with Osama Bin Laden’s Attack on New York Killing 4,000. The Plan was premeditated and required a network of organized criminals that used religion to justify and motivate many other terror attacks.

I support the Presidents warrants of “Wanted Dead or Alive” because the enemy has turned out to be American Citizens holding U.S. passports. They are not foreign nationals indiscriminately targeted by our intelligence agency.

They have been given every opportunity to turn themselves into U.S. authorities to justify their actions. I was situated in a similar situation and went directly to the FBI and Secret Service after being laughed out of my local police station.


Allegations of treason at a time of war and the refusal to turn themselves in by running from the law, should be enough justification for Civil liberties groups for warrants by the Federal Government . We are talking about a criminal network of U.S. citizens going back to the bombing of a Federal Building by a U.S. citizen in Oklahoma!


Perhaps, I am a little bias because I am the victim of three terrorist bombing; however, it is an indisputable fact the the United States is at war and we should support those agencies responsible for our safety.


The problem we should be focusing on is when State Executive Powers target U.S. citizens for political reasons such as in the State of Texas by Governor Rick Perry to hold a permanent dictatorships; who uses military aircraft,  deadly electronic devices, and covert militia operations by Private Security Firms for profit to oppress the people of Texas without due cause!

U.S. to offer legal backing for "targeted killing": source

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Obama administration on Monday plans to outline how U.S. laws empower the government to kill Americans overseas who engage in terrorism against their home country, a source familiar with the matter said, months after a drone strike killed a U.S.-born cleric who plotted attacks from Yemen.



Civil liberties groups have been pressuring the administration to offer justification for what has been described as a top-secret "targeted kill" program in which Americans who have joined al Qaeda or other militants are deemed legitimate targets to be killed overseas.
