The Texas Tea Party Paradox Insurrection and Rebellion April 2009

The insurrection and Tea Party Rebellion of April 2009 was a well-planned orchestrated retaliatory attack, defending the Texas elite class cut off from billions of Federal free-for-all discretionary spending, and the use of illegal Bush-era covert operations to make sure the money kept flowing by any means.  The Governor of Texas even considered to activate the Texas Guard against the United States, but reversed his statement to the media, when called on the carpet.

The last years of the Bush Administration were the worst of times for Texans, who were abused from the corruption of law enforcement in cooperation with their Federal watchdog agency the FBI.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation knew they had to clean-up their own ‘House of Death’ first, before they could stabilize an out-of-control police state, involved in Money Laundering, as well as Human and Drug Trafficking.

Thousands of innocent Texans are still held in Texas prisons unjustly, to cover-up the real criminals by a bias right-wing justice system. Many Texans made pleas to the newly assigned United States Attorney General Eric Holder and the office of Inspector General, that even today go unanswered such as the following web posting that was censored and a personal computer electronically knocked out of commission by the Austin Texas Fusion Center:

As an advocate against dangerous use of drugs and addictions, I believe I have a vested interest to know if what is seized across our borders is pharmaceutical grade amphetamine, methamphetamine, or ICE. If the justice department feels contrary, then don’t post half-truths at all! To be fair, you may have published a more informative report but the DEA has those web files restricted with a warning on the pages, “for Authorized Use only” which only includes the DEA, so I do not read them.

 

Last week, I posted a report concerning the shortage of amphetamine tablets reported by the FDA which is a sales strategy to corner the market by selling Adderall XR time release amphetamine capsules at $300.00 per 30 each. AdderallXR  is a false clinical claim just as the testing of VIOXX killed 250,000 people in the Bush Era. Merck was saved by Clarence Thomas by giving Big Pharmaceutical Corporations the rights of a person at the same time taking the rights of person hood away from the citizens of the United States of America!

 

Last month, I tried to help two disabled friends in wheel chairs fill their prescriptions at seven local pharmacies; most big corporate companies such as Walgreen's were completely out of inventory. I mention Walgreen's by name because the pharmacist did not seem to care or have a concern for the problem. Several other pharmacist explained the situation truthfully, “They want you to buy AdderallXR.” I can tell you right now, and the members of the congressional committee that is trying corner the market of AdderallXR, you will be exposed in public for your dirty deeds, if done for personal or political gain! Texas Governor Rick Perry is the Poster Child for Republican Big pharmaceutical Drug Pushers.

 

Big pharmaceutical is just like any other business and if they can get 300% higher retail price on the same chemical compound, it makes sense to slow production of their non-time release tablets to increase profits. This strategy puts third world Pharmaceutical companies is a very good position by cornering the market on the cheapest drug to manufacture next to basic antibiotics. These circumstances begs the question from the DEA , was it ICE, Methamphetamine, or amphetamine in those Nacho containers?

 

I have seen way too much death and destruction from the appearance of ICE as It swept across America in a murderous wave just so a government agency could justify more Federal Funds in the name of National Security justified by the 911 Patriot Act.

Law enforcement personnel that allow the distribution of drugs for profit or tracking are drug dealers. Pharmaceutical Corporations are drug dealers. Pharmacies and citizens that distribute drugs are also drug dealers. 

   

Across the nation thousands of doctors are intimidated by illegitimate drug legislation to a point that they are sued and imprisoned for making sound scientific diagnosis and prescribing medicines on the DEA's hit list. One of those drugs is amphetamine. If you are person that requires this medication than you know of the abuse our doctors as well as our own persons go through each month we purchase our prescribe medication.

In addition, the educated know that facial recognition devices also make false positive drug use analyses on those prescribed the drug, not to mention those of public trust that accuses you of being an illegal drug user. We can say, those that or prescribe the drug are harassed or to say the least discriminated against for medicine prescribed by a licensed physician in social, political, and job opportunities.

Neither State nor Federal Government can make a law or intimidate licensed physicians to prescribe medications or not to prescribe medications, if in his or her opinion is beneficial to the patient.

Amphetamine was once an over the counter drug that required no prescription and was simply called a pep pill. It has and is still used by the military for pilot focus and to keep troops alert.

I am not advocating for legalizing drug use, nor am I suggesting everyone should use amphetamine because it is a dangerous drug. Today, laws exist in Texas that you have a "Right to Die" and can choose any certified pharmaceutical on the market that in the opinion of your doctor benefits you the patient.

Marijuana is not a certified drug on the market because it is smoked and causes damage to the lungs greater than cigarette smoking. This is an argument for those that get relief from marijuana; however, I am not one of those people or do I oppose their right to do as they wish with their own body. This is a Republican principle stretching back to Samuel Adams (not the beer manufacture):

 "One has the right to dispose of his body in anyway he chooses."

Just think of the money we would save in cuts to State and Federal goverment budgets if Repubicans actually lived by Republican principles?

The "Right to Die" law in Texas could be used to support your case, but it is not my case. I do not smoke marijuana. I do have empathy for those who get relief by its use without complications. I do not support those that get behind the wheel of a car or Commercial Tracker Trailer while high on marijuana.

In 1960's the law changed because the pharmaceutical company could reap more profits if it were placed on the controlled substance list requiring a prescription. Hence, the birth of the Meth Lab just like the whiskey stills during prohibition. These labs were many times operated by college chemist sometimes in University laboratories and were of pharmaceutical quality. [To be accurate there is a counter argument that the number of pep-pill purchased out-numbered the total U.S. population by 100%. No credible source available or cannot be found by me after a due diligent search]

In 1987, the Federal government; specifically the DEA, had to put their two-cents in and make it a triplicate form tractable drug with heavy penalties to Doctors that prescribe the medicine, ruining careers by claiming the prescription writing doctors’ practices as pill mills. This is only my opinion and not a point of law which rest with professionals in our Department of Justice.

In 2007 MEDCO owned by Merck (Rick Perry's business partners in crime and manufacture of VIOXX that claimed the lives of 250,000 people.) which included Blue Cross Blue Shield [at that time] cut off many prescriptions overruling the decision of physicians based on their medical advice. Tell me, where does a medical insurance company get off legally practicing medicine without a license? When they are in bed with a Texas Governor!

Texas is a 'Right to Die State' which in my case is a 'Right to live a normal functional life.' if I have balanced choice between drooling in front of a TV and being a burden on the state by being unemployed and on Medicare and Medicaid or to take pharmaceutical medication that makes you completely functional, you should have a "Right To Live that functional life!" Again, a Republican principle if applied would put people back to work and off of welfare!

This post was removed when the controversial execution of a prison inmate was in the public eye regarding 52 Texas cases that were not reviewed at the instruction to Governor Rick Perry by the President at the time George W. Bush. Perry did not and will not comply with the international order which is another case for the professionals in the Department of Justice. The Right to die is a law also used to execute convicted criminals which I personally do not support.

Today, not tomorrow, It seems the citizens of Texas have a constitution right in Texas to buy any certified drug manufactured by a regulated pharmaceutical company at their own risk because we live in a 'Right To Die State' and in my case, as well as many other suffering citizens, some pushed to the limits to buy that toxic excuse for amphetamine called Ice, have a "Right To Live a Functional Life." If Amphetamine were put back on the self, the ICE problem would disappear and so would Billions of wasted Border Control Dollars!

I noted a quick article today, and do not know how credible it was but a police officer was being paid $200,000 dollars a year to watch a bridge. In Texas there is a one to five man, women, and child ratio to police officers and they all work overtime? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Texas is a Perry Police State. If you made that kind of money with job security, who would you vote for office of the Governor of Texas, or if the budget was logically reduced and they took away your overtime, who would you vote against for Texas Governor of Texas 2012?

The Point is, we are all sick of Governor Rick Perry crying about the border when he can do something about it with laws already on the books, and reduce the drug deaths by Murder and Poisonings from bath-tub production of drugs that cross are borders daily most of which by-pass the high tech surveillance by inside moles (our own Police on overtime) within Texas which includes human trafficking. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said a deputy and two female detention officers at the sheriff's largest jail facility were among 12 people taken into custody and accused of being in a Phoenix-based international drug smuggling ring.

One of the detention officers, Marcella Hernandez, told authorities that she is eight-months pregnant with the child of Francisco Arce-Torres, the alleged drug ring's leader who court documents say is also a member of the Mexican Sinaloa cartel.

Again, the DEA, Citizens, Congress, and Corporate America all play a part in this trillion dollar annual business. Berkeley Laser Fires Pulses Hundreds of Times More Powerful Than All the World's Electric Plants Combined

Imagine a device capable of delivering more power than all of the world s electric plants. But this is not a prop for the next James Bond movie. A new laser at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory was put through its paces July 20, delivering pulses with a petawatt of power once per second. A petawatt is 1015 watts, or 1,000,000,000,000,000 watts about 400 times as much as the combined instantaneous output of all the world s electric plants.

How is that even possible? Well, the pulses at the Berkeley Lab Laser Accelerator (BELLA) are both exceedingly powerful and exceedingly short. Each petawatt burst lasts just 40 femtoseconds, or 0.00000000000004 second.

Since it fires just one brief pulse per second, the laser s average power is only about 40 watts the same as an incandescent bulb in a reading lamp.

BELLA s laser is not the first to pack so much power a laser at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, just an hour s drive inland from Berkeley, reached 1.25 petawatts in the 1990s. And the University of Texas at Austin has its own high-power laser, which hit the 1.1-petawatt mark in 2008. But the Berkeley laser is the first to deliver petawatt pulses with such frequency, the lab says. At full power, for comparison, the Texas Petawatt Laser can fire one shot per hour.

On November 11, 2010 I was shot between the eyes by an electronic device while driving west of Texas Farm to market 2790 toward lytle Texas. After being sucker punched, my Chevy Silverado took a sharp right turn into a 18 inch metal pipe buried so deep it broken the main water line and propelled my vehicle into the air 10 feet eventually protruding into the side of a house. I threw all my electronic devices such as cell phone and ipod in the nearest dumpster in 2008 after being gang stalked and track by low flying domestic surveillance helicopters.Each and every occurrence was documented with a time and date reported to local police, FBI, and Congressman Henry Cuellar.

I also terminated my On-Star GPS device contract thinking that On-Star would live up to their obligation to human decency and privacy. I was wrong. Texas Governor Rick Perry has abuse his executive authority and should be removed from office and prosecuted today. The following article accuses our President and NSA unjustly because only in Texas are these types of attacks planned and orchestrated by the Governor of Texas. No other state in the union abuses the 911 Patriot Act like Rick Perry Governor of Texas!

One month later, an unsuspecting driver was used as the subject of this Lazar focus experiment and was fatally killed in the exact location. A small wooden cross has been placed by his family at the point of his departure from this world.

I have followed every means of due process without concern for my safety to bring this to the attention of my Texas Representation and Congressional Representatives to protect the people of Texas. The series of events that led to hospitalization, VA neurological experimentation, and the removal of my driving privileges by the Texas State Department of Public Safety begs the question "Does The 911 Patriot Act Keep Congress Safer?

The Texas Department of Public Safety made the mistake of sending me  a letter stating "Take It On Line" so I did and I am still doing so until they live up to their obligation "To Protect and Serve." 

The problem with gang stalking and device tracking is no matter who you are or what you hold as credible evidence; you will be discredited as suffering from a mental illness. If you don't keep your mouth shut, you will be at the least stabilized by psychosomatic medicine but if unsuccessful, you will be institutionalized and ordered to participate in psychiatric drug therapy program which is nothing less than a modern day Nazi Behavioral Control Concentration Camp. This is what I mean and a warning to others when I say ""I Can Only Say What You Understand (O'Dell)."

Fortunately, I have had the blessing of associations with the finest of physicians the world has to offer and have documented every event by due process that will be published by academics as a European case study of the American Psychiatric Association or the Subject of Behavioral Experimentation. One of the questions asked in this particular case study is "Does State and U.S. Federal Government have the authority to ease drop on  communications that are doctor client private privileges?

Again, I can only say what you understand and must wait for someone else to make a statement or grievance before I can do as the Texas Department of Public Safety has ordered me to do - Take It On Line! Which begs the question, why do we pay for one police officer for every five men, women, and children in Texas? This strategy is not keeping us safer but bankrupting Texas and keeping Rick Perry, a treasonous dictating tyrant in the Texas Governors Office.

I apologize in advance if Texas law enforcement personnel loose their jobs because of my postings but just practice what you preach "Take It On Line." I understand Walmart is looking for security guards but it is doubtful that you will pass the computer intelligence culling program designed to only hire subservient slaves.

On the positive side, "Take It On Line" gives me the opportunity to express the opinions of others that best benefit me, my country, and fellow citizens such as my response to Senator Schumer of the great state of New York under my code name "Tennessee Flat Top Black Box".

Dear Texas Congressional Representatives please pass on to the Senator Schumer that I have evidence that OnStar has been doing this for years in Texas as a tracking device by Private Security Firms and also open to other Hackers. I consider Private Security Firms before Obama's Executive order in April 2009 as illegal "Hackers". They should have been prosecuted by a request by me to the Justice Department for Staking and Retaliation and I am still waiting.

An official request for a Congressional investigation was sent Senator John Cornyn; however, based on good evidence from Senator John McCain, these Senators are not invited to President Obama's official Security Briefings but still conduct overt and covert acts against the people of Texas and Arizona by the use of Private Security firms (illegal Hackers) which has been ongoing sense 2000 under the Bush Administration.

Lastely and one more time, I can only say what you understand and thanks to the Republican GOP Speaker of the House  John Boehner actions I can say with complete confedence, "Any nit with sense, knows that the financial collapse of the Republican GOP regime of 2000-2008 was caused by the Federal Government overspending authorized by a 911 Patriot Act blank check given to Private Security Firms."
